Emotions are intense and often can seem confusing.

Counselling can help clarify niggling behaviours or situations and help you find areas where it would be possible to initiate change. Counselling will assist you to look at the options open to you and guide you to decide what is best for you.

Counselling is about assisting you to find your own strengths to deal with issues that affect you. It will help you to tap into your own resources to make positive changes thereby setting yourself free

Counselling is a way of enabling choices, creating change and reducing the confusion.

Counselling enables you talk more freely and openly than is often possible with friends and family. You will be encouraged to explore various aspects of your life and the feelings which might be holding you back or causing you pain and unhappiness and you will be guided into finding solutions which are right for you.

As a trained professional counsellor I will listen attentively and patiently while assisting you see things more clearly and possibly from a different perspective while you move life forward in a more empowering direction.
