Life & Motion’s: QUIT NOW – STOP SMOKING PROGRAMME has been thoughtfully developed to ensure that stopping smoking does not have to mean that you will feel deprived in any way and that you do not have to rely on will power alone.
The programme will enable you to feel and behave like a non-smoker from the start and many report that with the assistance of hypnotherapy , they did not experience any withdrawal symptoms and had little or no craving, so if you are really determined to stop smoking now, it really can help.
Life & Motion’s: QUIT NOW – STOP SMOKING PROGRAMME consists of 2 sessions. The first session is a 60 minute session followed a week later by a session of approximately 120 minutes.
My fee for the QUIT NOW – STOP SMOKING PROGRAMME is £195.00
As we are all unique individuals and each of us have different needs, we respond differently to change. Stopping smoking means changes to your habits and the health of your body. In the unlikely event, If you feel for whatever reason you require another ‘top up’ session with me, this will be discussed with you and a 60 minute top up session may be offered.
My fee for this session is £ 95.00
