The client is always responsible for consulting their General Practitioner, to ensure their physical and mental well-being. If in doubt, all clients should contact their medical doctor before embarking on any complementary treatment.
It is advisable to consult a physician, or other health care professional, before embarking on any weight loss / slimming and/or fitness plan programme. Responsibility for doing so remains with the client at all times. Hypnotherapy for weight loss, is designed to aid, and not replace, a sensible and well-balanced calorie controlled diet.
Missed appointments or late arrivals due to the clients journey complications will not be rescheduled or refunded. It is the client's responsibility to ensure adequate travel time.
Clients are reminded that appointments cancelled at short notice (less than 24 hours) will be charged at the normal sessional fee, as your therapist’s time and facilities will have been reserved for you.
For cancellations with greater than 24 hours notice, any fees already paid will be refunded, less a £20 administration charge.
Please note: not everyone who has an initial consultation will be taken into therapy. Each client is evaluated for suitability on an individual basis.
